PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Passenger can request to be picked up at the curbside (baggage claim exit door) if you do not see the driver please call (407) 853-2000. Be advised that you must provide a credit card number 6 hours prior pick up to confirm your reservation. Keep your reservation number at all times for a better customer service. When booking one way or round trip transfers, you should enter complete flight information into your reservation (airline carrier, flight number and arrival/departure times). If you do not enter complete/accurate details, your transfers are not guaranteed.
We automatically bill a 20% gratuity for all vehicles-additional case gratuities are at the customer’s discretion. We also charge a 12% service charge on every fare, which does not include parking, tolls and Airport fees.
The fare quoted online does not include any additional stops made during your trip. Unless specifically discussed, when booking a reservation by phone, the fare quoted by an operator does not include additional stops. Additional stops are calculated by the distance deviated from the route between the original pick-up and destination. You may obtain an exact quote for additional stops, in advance, by speaking with a phone reservationist at (407) 853-2000.
WAITING TIME & STOP TIME
For Non Airport & Seaport Pickups a 10 minute grace period is allowed. Once either grace period is elapsed we will charge you for waiting time accordingly.
Airport Pickups: There is a 30 minute time allowance on Domestic flight arrivals and a 45 minutes time allowance on International flight arrivals from the time the flight lands. After the time allowance wait time will be billed in 30 minute increments and will vary based on the hourly rate of the specific vehicle. The additional parking and airport fees will be added in addition. There will be a $10 dollar surcharge for all international flight arrivals.
Seaport Pickups: There is a 30 minute time allowance from the scheduled pickup time at the port. After the time allowance wait time will be billed in 30 minute increments and will vary based on the hourly rate of the specific vehicle. The additional parking and airport fees will be added as well.
AIRPORT PARKING FEES
When booking a reservation from the airport parking fees will be added to the fare. The airport parking fee is based upon the parking rate of the Port Authority.
RATES AND BILLING
All rates are subject to audit after order completion. Occasionally changes must be made to correct mathematical errors or to reflect the actual tolls, parking fees, additional stops and waiting time.
Surface Transportation Charge is a surcharge based upon various overhead expense items, some of which may not relate to the specific trip. The STC is always calculated as a flat percentage of the base rate.
CREDIT CARD POLICY
When paying by credit card, you must supply the credit card number in advance for pre-approval. This is only for pre-approval purposes and does not constitute payment for the trip. Upon reserving with a credit or debit card, a preliminary hold equivalent to 150% of the quoted fare is placed on the card to secure the anticipated total including tolls, gratuity, additional stops, and waiting time. This hold is released when payment is processed approximately 3-5 business days after the trip.
The actual credit card must be presented to the driver at the time of pick-up. The driver may ask for additional identification to ensure the validity of the card. All signatures and information must match before the card will be accepted as payment.
The credit card must be completed and signed at the end of the trip. During the trip passengers may not leave the vehicle, for any purpose, without first signing the uncompleted credit card slip. Should the passenger fail to return to the vehicle, the full fare will be charged to the card on file.
AFFILIATE SERVICE POLICY
Orlando limo utilizes, at its discretion, affiliates to provide Limousine and Ground Transportation services as requested by our clients.
Vehicle Images presented on the Orlando Limos Websites may differ from the actual vehicle.
CANCELLATION POLICY & NO SHOW FEES
A cancellation fee of 99% of the total cost will be charged on all reservations cancelled. Full trip cost will be charged for all reservations cancelled less than 30 days even if the service is not completed at the request of the passenger.
If a customer fails to be at the designated pick up location a “No-Show” fee equal to the cost of the trip, gratuity, waiting time and all other out of pocket costs will be charged to the customer. To avoid a “No-Show” fee please call (407) 853-2000 if you cannot locate your chauffer so Orlando Limos can alert your chauffer of your location, this process must be followed to avoid being charged.
Eating is not allowed in vehicles.
Alcohol Consumption by minors and/or drug use by anyone are strictly prohibited by law. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s).
SMOKING STRICTLY PROHIBITED
Smoking in all vehicles is strictly prohibited. Smoking in the vehicle by the client or any passenger will result in an automatic minimum $1000 charge. Damage caused by smoking activity will also be charged to the client.
EXCESSIVE CLEANING & DAMAGES
If, during or after the transportation service, the company is required to expend an extended amount of time and material to clean the vehicle due to acts of the client or any passenger (i.e., spilling food & drinks, vomiting, excessive trash) , the company, at its discretion, will charge client additional fees to cover such expense. Damage to the vehicle in any way caused by actions of the client or any passenger will be charged in full to the client. The minimum clean up fee is $500. Should the customer or their passengers vomit or leave other bodily fluid in the vehicle, the customer will be charged $500 directly to the credit card on file. Orlando Limos chauffeur will gladly pull over at any time – as long as it’s safe – when instructed to do so. Similarly, the customer's credit card shall be charged a minimum of $500-$1500 for any spills, and or burns in interior, etc… that require excessive clean up. This fee is necessary to cover costly cleaning charges, and the time the vehicle cannot be used. Customer authorizes their credit card on file to be charged immediately if this were to so happen.
Orlando Limos reserves the right to substitute and/or the vehicle or the color of the vehicle at its own discretion at anytime even during the course of reservation.
Orlando Limos reserves the right to refuse to transport persons under the influence of intoxication liquor or drugs, or who are, or are likely to become objectionable to other persons or if the Chauffeur feels threatened in any way.
ILLEGAL, IMMORAL OR SEXUAL ACTIVITIES
No sexual activities are allowed onboard our vehicles. No illegal or immoral activity allowed inside the vehicles such action/s will be terminating the contract plus a $500 cleaning fee will be charged to the card on file. Partition will not be closed. All partition controls are disconnected. The purchaser on the front of this contract is responsible for his or her guests in the event of violating.
PHONE CALLS & CONVERSATION
Please note that all phone communications, conversation, voice calls, incoming or outgoing are recorded if you don’t consent hung up the phone by continuing the conversation you give permission to be recorded. Oral agreements can form legally binding contracts and our phone calls; audio recording of the discussion or phone reservations recording can be evidence of the terms of the contract and they are legally admissible in courts or to present it as evidence to third party like financial institution, merchant services, debt recovery, collection agencies or credit card processing companies.
LEGAL LITIGATION, COSTS & ATTORNEYS' FEES
You the customer held responsible for both parties court costs, attorney, legal fees and collection agency fees regardless of legal outcome.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Orlando Limos shall not be liable in any event or for any reason, including breach of this agreement, either directly or indirectly, to the other party or any third party for any special, indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages or loss of profits arising out of this agreement, even if such damages were foreseeable or Orlando Limos has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Orlando Limos shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to an act of God, severe weather, road conditions, and breakdowns, war, or hostilities, fire, riot, or civil commotion, flood, or any other natural disaster, delay or destructions caused by public carrier. Orlando Limos assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage, personal belongings or any item left inside or outside of the vehicle.
Rates are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
COPYRIGHTS, TRADEMARKS & OWNERSHIP
All content of the Site, including software scripts and applets, are owned by Orlando limos. You may not modify copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, or services obtained from the Site without the written permission of Orlando limos. You should assume that everything you see or read on the Site is copyrighted unless otherwise noted.
